Your parents sure were Spring lovers, eh?

Spring or Winter, I don't care. I just love that I have so many brothers and sisters to care about. :D

Wow. It is funny though because most of the birthdays in my family fall in December and January. Sometimes I feel sorry for my daughter and my nephew because the family tends to combine presents which I think is horrible. My mother never does that with the children but most of the rest do.

Do you have a traditional Christmas or are you guys more contemporary?

 Yes, feel sorry for us!!! JK, but for my sister it's the worse. Her birthday IS Christmas Day and they combine presents for her so I try to buy two presents. Isn't that aweful... tsk tsk.
Our Christmas is more contemporary, I guess you can say. We don't have the traditional (or at least I think) manger and baby Jesus. Sometimes we will have a tree and our dishes cater to our Asian taste and the basic American mash potatoes, corn and chicken or turkey.

I have just had the most amazing break for 6 days. I went camping on a property at UPPER LANDSDOWNE in the mountain ranges between Taree and Port Macquarie in New South Wales. It was so beautiful. I have come back a totally new person (for a couple of days at least).

Funny thing was though I expected it to be really quiet, WRONG. I was awoken each morning to COWS- Mooing, HENS AND ROOSTERS - Crowing, Dogs barking, SHEEP- Baaing. Once the farmlife settled down at about 6am the Wildlife started. Honestly city traffic is quieter.

Loved it though!
