Hey Toni,

Gastritis and colitis is not only produced by mexican food, why at USA there is a good number of people with this sicknes? why the obesity is a mundial problem?, why at Germany, or another european countries there are the same sicknes?
Bad habits produce too much sicknes. All know that it is important to have a health diet, but nothing happen if people eat a taco with chili, only some times, not every day. You, here at México eat all the days chili?. Me no, I have a special diet.

Hi Elba, that is why I mentioned that they exceed eating such harmful substances. I agree about you said of USA also Mexicans love eating lots of hamburguers and hot dogs plenty of fat and canned vinegar chili which I have passed very bad moments with hard stomachaches, so for those who has a very sensible stomach or some digestive disease please be careful when eating hot pepper.
By the way some time ago some American friends got sick after 3 weeks of being in Mexico for first time and eating Mexican food added with hot pepper, so please just be very careful when eating it. :D
