I have read lately that youtube.com has been sued by big (specially musical) entertainment companies for illegal unlimited broadcasting of many videos/movies without copyright. Who will win this case? How do you think?
What side do you sypport?

I hope youtube.com will win the case cause they couldn't predict what a succsessfull buisness they will do. Their first idea was "broadcast yourself". After job some friends were making up the programm in the garage of one of them... why they should pay for things that aren't dependent on them. Doth they cannot be responsibe for what people broadcast instead of broadcasting themselves.... doth it is a nonsense... :(((

People don't download the clips at youtube; they upload them. Why would you wanna download something that is accessible for you to watch for free already? :?
