Interesting places?

Hi there, im from Costa Rica and im planning to take a trip to europe at the end of this year, and i feel a little lost. I will like to know some of the greatest places that your continent have to offer, so i wont miss them. I will appreciatte if someone could give me some info and also if someone could give me some general info about cultural considerations when traveling there. Thanks a lot!

Europe has LOTS of interesting places and you're not gonna see them all in just one trip. If I had to choose one, though, it would be England or Scotland, Austria or Italy.
