Hi Jeff. Australia is a multi-cultural society. We have embraced MOST cultures including their cuisines (foods). I would have to say that the national food for most AUSSIES is the good old BBQ..As the climate in Australia is generally very mild we are people that like to be outside. Also being an Island continent we spend alot of time at the waters edge. We tend to be coastal dwellers. You should be able to get further details about Australia and its culture off the internet. GOOGLE AUSTRALIA! Good luck and welcome to EC.
