Princess Diana DEAD 10 years on we still remember her!

Postby Shazzam » Thu Aug 30, 2007 11:17 am

I realised today that it will be 10 years tomorrow since the Death of Princess Diana.

I still to this day remember exactly where I was when I heard that she had passed away. The initial news in Australia was that she had only suffered a broken leg, so we just went about business. When I heard in the afternoon that she had passed away, it was surreal to me. I still to this day, have real emotions about it. I don't understand why?

She was a living legend! That is why, I think, so many people relate to her even after her death. There was something about her that you just can't put into words. VICTIM shouldn't be one of them. She rose above that in the last year of her life.

I hope tomorrow 31st August we spend time to consider the life of not just a princess but a great lady and a wonderful and beautiful woman that lost her life at an age when you are just starting to find yourself.

Rest in peace Diana the world remembers you and always will.

What makes you call her that? I don't understand why you would think that. What is Camilla then?

Sad to see that the 10th Anniversary of her death seems to mean nothing. She is the mother of the future King of England and not only that she was attempting to make people to make a connection (aids, land mines etc). It is a shame that no one seems to care.

I still remember her and relate to her as she was such a young woman thrown into an environment that isolated her; but she came away from it stronger.

Danyet thinks that she was a tramp! But I have yet to see an argument put forward from him that proves that she was.

Words are cheap!!!

Words are cheap and so was she!
But she was too expensive for me, though.
She married for money. She married a creepy guy simply because he was a prince. And then when she realised what she had done she tried bucking the system and thereby falling out of favour with the royal family.

And to top it off she after she divorced the creepy prince she found herself another creepy prince with money type guy to play with, Fadi. Giving no thought of the effect that it would have on her children...by the way she got herself pregnant to Fadi!

What was she going to do, try to move her kids, the future kings of England to some Middle Eastern country after she had run off with Fadi and their new little bastard child? She didn't take her role as an English Princess seriously. She was a tramp. So what if MI6 had her killed, if they did.

PS Carmilla is a tramp too!

Oh... and so am I!

I also remember what I was doing when I heard she passed away. And every year, on Aug 31, I remember it's the anniversary of her death. She was the princess of the people. She was more loved than the queen or Charles. Feel sorry for the kids, especially William, don't know why.

What a strange statement to make!

Firstly: I don't think anyone here said that they hated Diana.

Secondly: Where is the proof that she was going to marry Dodi. It was a fling. She just got her freedom take it from me I think marriage was the last thing on her mind. She loved her boys too much to put them through anymore. It is Mr. AlFayed that started that rumour because he was so anxious to obtain a british passport (which has been rejected twice - by the way).

It means a lot for me!!! She's an Icon already!!! I was ten years old when she died but I still remember her when I used to watch her on TV. After she died, Mother Teresa of Caculta died( sorry, I don't know how to say her name in English. I think they were friends!!!

Lady Diana

Postby hmmw » Fri Nov 02, 2007 3:44 pm

Yes, I still remember her death as it was just yesterday. Always I send a pray for her. But something that I cannot stand is How some people give Camila a place. Camila never can be as Lady Diana was .This is something I am sure Camila knows. She is not only a horrible person but she is a very common woman (woman because she doesn't deserve to be named as a lady) How could Carlos make this stupid change?
