A funny joke......

In the middle of the night, a president of tai wan went to buy food.
Unfortunately, on the way home, he met some of bandits. The bandits wanna shot at him and said that
gave out all of his money to them.
'Shi t, what is your manner? I am a president of tai wan!' a president of tai wan screamed.
'Oh, give me back our money!' bandits cried.

It's not funny, because Tai wan is not understood by people outside of China.
