Microsoft text-to-speech voice has been installed by default, but few people take advantage of it, I found a freeware on the web named Panopreter that reads file in different languages such as English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese and more, very helpful in learning languages. you can download it at http://www.panopreter.com.
