Clean the chicken and boil until tender. Cut the cooked chicken into bite sizes. Saute the minced garlic in cooking oil until it's golden brown. Set aside. Fry the onion in the same fat. Add the washed rice. Pour the (6-7 c.) chicken broth and boil. Add salt to your desired taste. Stir occasionally until it looks like rice porridge. Add the bite sizes chicken. Top with fried garlic, spring onions and pepper. Serve hot with lemon extract sauce.
