BREAKFAST! NEED OR NOT?

Breakfast is very important!!!

- Many children, even teenagers, after getting up in the morning, afraid of late for school...so they skip breakfast or eat a little and go. That habit is very bad, for long time, it'll effect your health...

>>> Bad result:
1_Skipping breakfast and go to class, you will feel hungry, dizzy, your mind is not clear, effect your study.
2_Studying and working in day need a lot of energy, if you skip breakfast, your body will use the reserved foods, the more you continue, the more it effect your nutritions requirement.

>>> So that:
- Breakfast not only have to eat, but also have to eat deliciously, enough nutritions, because you are in the growing up time and you need enough nutritions. So breakfast provide your body enough calories and albumin...

Exactly. It's important to have breakfast quietly, sit down for like 15 minutes, enjoy your breakfast!

I know people who have breakfast standing up, they just go into the kitchen, prepare their coffee, drink it by the counter and go.

By the way, love your avatar, denvinbo. I see you love the onions too :lol:

i usually have a cup of milk and cafe as breakfast but in vacations i have BREAKFAST PARTY !!!!!!!!!!! come and join me

I agree with you..
I think breakfast is the most important food of the day, you should take it every morning because it gives you the energy for the day..
here in Costa Rica we use to say
on breakfast you should eat as a king
on luch eat as a prince
and on dinner as you don't have any food.

thats why here on breakfas we eat rice and beens, eggs, bread,coffe, fruits...
mmm and now i'm hungryyyy!! :roll: :-|

what do you recommend for breakfast?
