ULACIT is a university in costa rica, a bilingual univerisity, they recommend to us olaces like this forum to practice written english and improve...

Ok, I got it, thanks for the explanation. I don't know any bilingual university here, at least not an entire university, but maybe some courses may have bilingual classes. I have studied English at my course at the university, but it was a very basic course. So, I had to pay an especific course to learn it better. Now I'm not studing English, but I'm just practising.

Well, for me that's the only place i can practice my english verbally and i'm making the best of this forum with my written skills, I used to be in english courses when I was a kid, but didn't work

Of course this level of english in here is much higher and it's helping me more

You're lucky, you can practise your spoken English. I can't. When I want to practise I just listen to web radios and watch movies in English, but I rarely can talk in English. I just used to talk to some native English speakers through MSN and Skype, whom I knew in the web, but I lost contact with them
