Firefox 3

Postby EricPine » Thu Jun 19, 2008 12:44 am

Will you download Firefox 3? It was released and it's getting downloads fast, so will you download it? And if you will, why?

First me, I'll download it after a while, if the add ons I like are available, but most likely I will, I love the program! It's my favorite Browser, and one of the best (not to say THE best) on the net :-P

I got it on Firefox Download Day!

No special reason, it's my favorite browser as well, from the day I tried it I haven't wanted any other. This new version looks quite cool. Not very different from the previous one

Never thought about it. When it will be in repository. It will be updated with regular update if I decide so, so I really don't need to think about it. After all, I really hate firefox. It's the one browser that's able to render most web pages well while konqueror crashes in some badly made bages, but I really don't like to use GTK apps. They looks ugly in KDE that uses QT instead.. BTW in some reason firefox is named Bon Echo In Arch Linux that I use.

Yeah, well... It's way better than IE in my opinion... well... it is better! I think it's the best browser, maybe Opera too {-: so that's why I use it, since I downloaded Firefox I've wanted nothing more...

So, when it's more stable, I will get it for sure!

Yes, I have version 2 at its last update, but 3 was released 3 days ago or so and it's getting some good feedbacks actually, it obviously might have some flaws but it's still Firefox {-:

Maxthon is the only web browser that I currently need, so I don't think I'll download Firefox3. I'll download it only if I need it for some websites.

Firefox and Opera are probably better than Maxthon, but I use Maxthon because it is simpler and faster. Maybe I'll download Firefox3 to see if I like it.
