On the Perfect Man movie, hilary duff is narating her story offscreen where he say

"Hey, all you bloggers, It's me, Girl on the Move.

Does the blogger here refer to a literal meaning or it means something else? Thanks xD

Pls correct any errors you see on my writings on: nouns, tenses :)
