GOOGLE'S ADSENSE ACTIVATION PROBLEMS

Hi everybody,

I recently applied for a google's adsense account but was rejected because the content was not unique .I had used a made for adsense (MFA) website.They told me to resubmit after making corrections to the website by entering the same username and password on the homepage but when i entered them ,
"I found a page saying my site was not accepted for some reasons".

But i am not able to find any resubmit buttons.

I tried applying again by going to the homepage of adsense but it says i already have an account.

1.Can anyone tell me what i should do to resubmit?

2.Do they check the IP address's owner and city?

3.Can i have more than 1 account using different addresses?

4.What are the other better paying services and their ratio of pay?
