You see, dear, sometimes it's a big dilemma when you can't buy clothes larger than S-size... And day-light in fitting-rooms make you think all the worse about yourself :evil:
I came across an XXS-sized T-shirt, I thought I was in child's department, because healthy adult women simply can't be that skinny... :roll:

Too skinny is like too fat : too bad for your health.

I prefer you to be healthy than you to be obsessed by your appearance.

Shops in your city offer only skinny clothes ??? :!!: :shock: Revolucíon !!! :lol:

True. Sometime it's really hard to get fitting clothes these days. I'm not overweight. I'm just 171.5 cm tall and something 73 to 74 kg weight. I think It's still in range, but it's still hard to find fitting and comfortable clothes. All because of some fashion designers weird obsessions.

The worst I have got across is when the pants designer have had wrong idea about the correct size of testicles and made pants too tight from that area.. I guess in such case there's only 2 options. not to wear pants or.. second option is the one about losing weight in a way that I even don't to think about.

I think the Italians might be the worst clothes makers.. all that not needed style and fashion.

All clothes shops are fashion victims or business victims ?

If yes, two only keys :

1. Make yourself your clothes.
2. Live with naturists and nudists. :lol:

But... for making bras, mr business does not hesitate about wide spaces. :lol:

Well, yes I sometime suffer in communication deficiency and then I lose the modesty. Starting to talk by my own and get too excited of it. :oops: {-:

Hi all

I would like give some easy and fast weight loose ideas

• Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.

• Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.


• Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories.

Hi everybody,

I lost 8kgs of my weight thank to walk 1 hour per day and eat less. It is really good way to lose weight. :-D
