Big virus problem.. need immediate help

I've got bad news for you. If you computer is infectet by an virus, there is only *one* way, to get by 100% rid of it: You have to delete your operationsystem and have to install it complete from beginning. Each other procedure is unsecure. You don't know, what a virus had done on you system. Maybe the virus installed a backdoor or an trojan at your computer, so that in the worest case you computer is under control of an hacker but not under your control.

I assume that you hadn't made an image of your operatingsystem, than you need to start from scratch.

If you had made an image of your computersystem with a tool like Acronis TrueImage or Norton Ghost, than you just only need to record back your image. This is in the most cases much easier than to install the complete system with all applications from scrach.

My computer is also infected with a Troyan. It creates emty folders and every day at the fixed time there appears a little window offering me to choose one of the two options. When I click "Belum" my computer shuts down...
