butterflies in your stomach?
or if someone is negatively "special" it could be a stomach-turning movement

by the way I don't remember I love the sunset, I'm happy when I have a long road to go and the weather is brilliantly sunny

LOL I was going to quote the exact same sentence to joke about it as well

Anyway if I may add another one to the list:

23. The moment you see the face of your son or daughter for the first time.

9. Finding some money in some old pants.

This is the best moment. I often find money in my pants after having washed them. :-)

The best moment in your life is yet to come! You can't list a lot of things and say they are all best. If everything is best ,there is no best. This is philosophy that young people don't fully understand until they grow old. So do not ever try to start arguing...

There's no need for philosophy to understand the best moments in life. Just reminisce years left behind and try to name your best moments.

Seems you are old enough to make a summary of your life. There is no best, there is only better, which means the life is still open to a lot of good things and it has nothing to do with the darn philosophy.

 {-; It's more than that. It's the rapid heart beats, the longing to touch and feel that person, the clumsiness and awkwardness the limbs are, the blank face and deer-caught-in-headlight stare, the cold yet sweaty hands, the incoherence in thoughts and/or speech, the stomach churning when you think you've made a dumb mistake, and last but not least the way you act like a teenager despite the fact you're not.
