Hi Dixie

I've a question for you: I’m listening an English program on Som Radio and the guests answered an expression I wouldn't Knew. "Thank you haven't us". I understand that is equal as "you're welcome". Do you Know that gratitude expression?. It’s correct or maybe I should go to the ear doctor?.

The name of the radio show is FOREIGNER AFERS. http://www.som.cat/item/920/foreigner-afers-01-12-2010

Thank you in advance.

I have absolutely no idea! I have never heard that expression before... Are you sure you heard it right? I will try to find out, though. I'm curious now.

I'll try to find it in the program's podcasts.

Well, I've been looking for that program in the podcasts. I see that they has changed the program's name. Now it calls "English street" If you download the mp3 file you can hear it just near to the end of the program. Exactly in the minute 1:04:08.

Here you are the link of the file: http://www.som.cat/index.php?ini=3&view=categories&id_cat=253&nom=a-la-carta. Search for "English street" (2010-11-17) and download the file, if you want. I'd swear that they say "Thank you haven't us".

I have it in my mp3 player. If you have any difficulty in the download I can send it to you by email.

Thank you Dixie
