Which of these two are correct?

Lucy's friend Mary, who is very good person, is friend of mine, as well.

Thanks

Hello,

The second one. You have to have the article in there. You have to have "a". Thanks!

Is this one correct

Lucy's friend Mary, who is very good, is a friend of mine, as well. (Informal English maybe?)

Yes, it is correct in meaning. But the comma before "as well" is not necessary. In other words, Lucy's friend Mary, who is very good, is a friend of mine as well.
