John would have him killed. Would actually have him killed.
Please help me to translate it in simple words

Hello,

People say "I would have killed him." and it means that you would have been really mad at that person. With the added "Would actually have him killed." it means that in reality this person would have killed. He wasn't just angry. He would have actually murdered this person. Pretty heavy...
