How to lose weight

I want to lose weight.

Do you have any other tips for me??

I don't eat a lot, but my weigh still hight.

Can you tell me how to lose my weight.

For loosing weight i recommend you to do exercise daily and try to make your habbit of morning walk.Morning walk is the best exercise for keeping yourself healthy and fit...Avoid junkie and fats containing food...

Here i have the best weight loss tips
Drink more water
Avoid eating junk food
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid refined sugar
Avoid complex carbs
Do not use oily food
Avoid meat chicken and alcohol
Increase your intensity each workout
Eat leafy green vegetables
Drink green tea
Do regular exercise

Weight can be lose through a proper diet program.you should eat simple food like vegetables and fruits and try to do some healthy exercises in the morning like walking,running and cycling .

Running is the best solution to lose the weight of the body. Running burn 110 calories in 45 minutes. It also helpful to increase the stamina of the body.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories....

Best way is to eat small meals every 4 hours. That increases your metabolism and makes your body digest faster. Plus eating more veggies instead of bread/rice. Walking a whole lot is already exercise, and bringing lots of stuff if you're going to work making you sweat and pant, that's already exercise. Make use of these little ways to motivate you to start exercising cause that is the best way.
Plus if you start exercising you get to eat more without having to eat less.

If you want to lose weight then must drink 5 to 6 liter water on daily basis and also do running in early morning..If you do these things on daily basis then I definitely sure, you can lose the weight.....>>> try it mine friends.... :ok: :ok:

For losing weight diet food like fruits and vegetables are important. Walk is best and simple exercise for weight lose. With drinking lot of water we can lose weight and burn calories easily.
