Are any of these sentences below correct
May be I should have said,'He will..
Maybe I should have said, 'He will..
I might have said, 'He will..
Anyway at the moment I am not sure I said grammatically correct sentence in English and I want to tell to a friend of mine that I might/should have said it different way.

These two are correct, though they don't have the same meaning:
Maybe I should have said, 'He will...
I might have said, 'He will...
Maybe I should have said, 'He will...
I might have said, 'He will...
