Hello! I am from Taiwan students. On swimming and running are all good ways. As to which is better I think first have to find their way to facilitate the movement and are interested in sports can achieve such good results.
Well People have different opinions on the better exercise among swimming and running but it is important to say that both have their own importance , it is quite sure that these need more stamina and intended for the same purpose of fitness and health that is why some people like running and some swimming . I normally like running because it increases circulation of blood in body rapidly and reduces calories thus results in weight loss and makes slim .
