I think the following sentence is a passive voice
There was a nice lady named Purbasha.
If I transform it as a passive in Present tense then it will be "There is a nice lady named Purbasha
Am I Correct?

Yes, the phrase 'named Purbasha' is passive, and your transformation is correct.
