Well, that's an interesting topic.
I guess it would be useful to learn from the real people all over the world how the things really are, not the way the media pictures it.
As for me, I live in Moscow. It is quite a prosperous time for Russia. Comparatively to what things were like 20 years ago.
But in the last months it feels like salaries are decreasing and jobs that are available aren't that great.

I live in Indonesia and I really feel the effect of economic downturn.
My boarding's fee is increasing along with public transportation fee because I don't have my own vehicle.
And just a few days ago our government has discussed about increasing the gasoline fee.
It triggered strike in everywhere and the result was the government postponed the increment for another three months.
