I'm not sure if my question is about vocabulary or grammar, but still here it is))

Is it correct to say "Can you say something more?" I know it's okay to say "something else", but I'm really interested in the first expression .

Yes, but it does not mean the same as "something else." "Can you say something more?" is asking something to elaborate. It's like asking "Do you have more to say about this?"

I would use "something else" in a general sense. A general conversation, and at the end someone asks "is there anything else" (we have more to say about it)?

"Something more" might be used after talking about a list of things someone want to say, and I wanted to be specific and say "can you say something more? (than the list we have talked about).

At the end of a presentation, a member of the audience might ask the speaker "can you say some more" or "something more" about a point that was not clear or is particularly interesting.
