How to lose weight

I want to lose weight.

Do you have any other tips for me??

I don't eat a lot, but my weigh still hight.

Can you tell me how to lose my weight.

For loosing weight i recommend you to do exercise daily and try to make your habbit of morning walk.Morning walk is the best exercise for keeping yourself healthy and fit...Avoid junkie and fats containing food...

Here i have the best weight loss tips
Drink more water
Avoid eating junk food
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid refined sugar
Avoid complex carbs
Do not use oily food
Avoid meat chicken and alcohol
Increase your intensity each workout
Eat leafy green vegetables
Drink green tea
Do regular exercise

Weight can be lose through a proper diet program.you should eat simple food like vegetables and fruits and try to do some healthy exercises in the morning like walking,running and cycling .

Running is the best solution to lose the weight of the body. Running burn 110 calories in 45 minutes. It also helpful to increase the stamina of the body.

Its definitely takes time that depends upon your weight. Its all depends upon your mood that how much you constant and
want to lose. Also you can take precautions from a professional instructor.

Hi, I am sharing some of the easiest healthy tips to reduce your weight.
1. Drink around 8 to 9 ounce of water in a day.
2. Don't skip your break fast.
3. Every morning try to have a little jogging exercise daily or an half an hour meditation is great.
4. Counting your calories is the best way to manage your weight.
5. Involve healthy eating habit in your daily meal(Green leafy vegetables are great)
Daily Note:
Get involve in your house hold daily work. Such as cleaning of the house or washing your utensils. Taking participate daily in your house is one of the best exercise. Though lot's of people hate to do so including me but yes this trick works. :mrgreen:

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories....
