Salad is made by using the different vegetables. vegetables have the all types of vitamins and minerals. these vitamins are essential for the healthy body.
body is the compound of different organs.
all organs need their vitamins for working and we get these by eating salad....
i love to eat salad in lunch and dinner.....

Have a salad at lunch is a great idea only if you take a protein salad.
You can have a chicken salad or tuna salad or...
If you don't have protein you will get fatter very fast or lose your muscles!

Today is a very warm and nice day. I am preparing the last orange salad of the season . It is very rich in vitamins.
It is the last orange salad because in summer I cannot find good Italian oranges.

3 cups of shredded carrots
2 oranges, peeled
5 walnuts or 10 almonds
1 spoon of raisin
2 teaspoons of lemonjuice
4 teaspoons of olive oil

I don't add salt and other aromas
Some people add mint, cumin or paprika..you can add the aromatic herbes you like.
