1. What does the word performer mean ? ( A verb is in the active voice when its subject is the performer of the action ?)
In your example sentence about grammar, performer means the person, animal or thing that does something. For example, in the sentence 'The dog bit the man.' the dog is the performer.
2. Put the word "Chores " in a sentence.
Some people enjoy cooking and shopping but for me these things are chores; I'd rather be doing other things.
3. What does " Venn Diagram " mean ?
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venn_diagram for a good explanation with lots of pictures.
4. Put the verb " nap " and the verb "slave (away)" in a sentence ( each one in a different one).
My grandfather always has a 20-minute nap after lunch; then he wakes up and goes for a walk.
We're slaving away for £7 an hour while the boss plays golf!

I don't know if I understand correctly, 'performer' is a subject in sentence?
