Postby cynthia » Fri Aug 24, 2012 10:05 am

There is a sentence in an article in Studio Classroom that I can't understand , will anyone be kind to help me?

A study finds that accidents involving pedestrians wearing the devices have tripled in recent year.

Q: should we say original sentence as following

*1 A study finds that accidents have been involved pedestrians who have worn the devices .

*2 And the other sentence is accidents have tripled in recent year.

could we use "have been involved " and "who have worn "in the first sentence ?

Thanks in advance guys!
