Every person want to know about the best weight loss foods. Here are some foods which help a lot for losing the weight.
Fresh fruits including apple, grapefruit, orange, berries, and melon.
Raw vegetables including cucumber, broccoli, carrot, radish, cabbage, and spinach.
Green tea.
vegetables soups.
and Fish oil.

Hello,
Try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice. Overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories

Successful weight loss doesnot happens overnight. its take months and years , not in a day and week.
