Hi everybody,
My name is Lisa and Im from the Netherlands.
Im 23 years old and in my last year of my Masters degree of business communications.
In a nutshell, for my study I'm very much interested in different (cultural) perceptions of politeness.
What is polite in one culture, can be impolite in another.
Moreover, as a second language learner of English we all have to face certain judgements or stereotypes... but the question is if these judgements or stereotypes influence other peoples perception of second language learner.
I'm interested in your point of views.

Welcome, Lisa. Your research on politeness sounds really interesting!
