DO YOU DO ANY SPORTS TODAY ??
SPORTS CAN REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT AND MAKE YOU HEALTHY :-D
MORE EXERCISE IS GOOD FOF THE HEALTH :-) I LIKE SWIMMING, HOW ABOUT YOU???

Yes I agree with you that exercises are the most important to stay healthy, but as per my view sports are the best way to reduce our weight. Today there are many sports very famous in the whole world like football, cricket, baseball, basketball, tennis, swimming, etc.

I'm not good at sports so I don't enjoy them :-(
I do love running around outside with my dog, though!

unfortunately we dont have " in my country " many places for running even if you wanna walk it is not easy , but i go to my GYM , to running , and make exercises actually i am trying now to make some time for swimming it is good for healthy even for your mood , it makes you feel good and smile {-: and makes you a hero with big muscles :mrgreen:
