Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (for example: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email support@englishclub.com, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore". Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you at:
