Intensive English Program Tuition & Fees

Courses are taught at five proficiency levels
Level 1 – Beginning
Level 2 – Low Intermediate
Level 3 – Intermediate
Level 4 – High Intermediate
Level 5 – Advanced
Once your proficiency is determined, an adviser will meet with you to help you select your courses. ESL classes are normally six to 14 students. You may begin your work here at the start of any eight-week term. The program offers 25 hours of language instruction per week.
Reading and Discussion: 8:30 - 10 a.m. (M/Tu/W/Th)
Listening and Speaking: 10:10 - 11:40 a.m. (M/Tu/W/Th)
Grammar and Writing: 1 - 2:30 p.m. (M/Tu/W/Th)
English Book Club: 2:40 - 4:10 p.m. (Monday)
Language Assistance Program: 10:15 – 11:45 a.m. (Tuesday)
TOEFL Prep Course: 2:40—3:55 p.m. (Wednesday)
Communicative English Courses: 7:45—9:00 p.m. (Monday & Wednesday)
•Trips – an opportunity to travel with other international students in the IEP to visit many different tourist sites.
•Acculturation Activities – monthly themes are recognized and acculturation activities take place each term.
•Game Nights - a night to gather with other students and teachers for a night a games and fun
•English Table - an activity for anyone who wants to improve their English and meet other people. English Table dinners take place at different restaurants around the city and focus on speaking as much English as possible, socializing, and having fun.
•Movie Days – a way to relax after class with friends by watching a movie together.
International students whose health insurance plans are not valid in the United States must purchase health and repatriation insurance plans that are valid in the United States.
