Grammar quiz

When writing in English it is important to use parallel construction. This means that all words or phrases in a series should be of the same word form.

EXAMPLE 1: "I love apples, bananas, and fast food."
NOT: "I love apples, bananas, and going to fast food restaurants.

EXAMPLE 2: "We ran outside, hopped in the car, and drove to the grocery store.
NOT: "We ran outside, hopped in the car, and to the grocery store."
