Meaning: If you have joie de vivre, you feel the joy of living.

For example:

  • People loved her because of her joie de vivre and the fact that she was such great fun to be with.

  • A positive, easy-going attitude seems to go hand-in-hand with a natural joie de vivre.

Note: This phrase is borrowed from French and can be translated as "joy of life".
