The noun "strength" can be both countable and uncountable.


uncountable

Meaning: physical power, or how strong someone or something is
Example sentence: The refrigerator was really heavy, and lifting it took all our strength.

countable

Meaning: an important ability or feature
Example sentence: Julia's greatest strength is her ability to see and overcome her own weaknesses.
