deck

Meaning: to knock someone to the floor

For example:

  • After being beaten in his first few boxing matches, Max won his first fight by decking his opponent with a beautiful left hook.

  • I was watching one of those fight club shows last night and this big English guy with huge muscles and tatts was up against a little Thai guy who was a Muay Thai champion. The English guy was decked within ten seconds, and he didn't get up.
