Meaning: an easy question or a simple problem

For example:

  • The question of whether the kids would prefer computer games or educational software is a no-brainer. They'd obviously prefer the games.

  • Phil says it's a no-brainer. If we want to stop global warming, we have to stop pumping pollutants into the atmosphere.

Quick Quiz:

If someone says a question is a no-brainer, they think it is
