Meaning: an easy question or a simple problem
For example:
- The question of whether the kids would prefer computer games or educational software is a no-brainer. They'd obviously prefer the games.
- Phil says it's a no-brainer. If we want to stop global warming, we have to stop pumping pollutants into the atmosphere.
