Out of the question

Dear teachers,

Student 1 says "It's Monday tomorrow". Student 2 says "It's Sunday tomorrow". The teacher tells student 2 : "You're out of the question".

What does the teacher mean? :roll:

Is that teacher a native English speaker? The interpretation you got ( that you were not anwering correctly pertaining to the right subject) is right for THAT teacher, but it's usually

Teenager: Dad, can I drive your new Jaguar tonight?
Father: "It's out of the question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
= NO!!!!!!!!! It's an something I won't even think of doing.
