new esl tutor

Hi. I have just began to take an esl tutor certification class.i won't be done until june but i have three people who need me to start now. i don't really know how to approach the situation. these students do not know any english. i do speak their language but I do not want to speak it with them if I do not have to. I'm trying to figure out a lesson plan/curriculum to teach them ESL. What are the most important lessons? where do we start? do i build up their vocabulary and then teach them grammar or what? please help
