Further training??

:D Hi,
I'm an English teacher in 2 schools, one specifically for engineers and the other for international business students, both in the SW France. I'm looking for extra training, some of my students just came back from a trip to California, one month, including two set courses within Irvine Uni'. They loved the teaching methods there, I try to be very dynamic in the classroom but think I need some sort of training. Preferably in the UK, which would be practical for me... also over a two/three week period, does anyone know of a course? If so have they had practical experience, at what cost? (One of my schools will pay for most of the course).
I've been teaching for three years now and absolutly LOVE :lol: it, I'm constantly looking for new ideas and methods, I'll look forward to any replys.
