Text books

I am a teacher (having worked with 2nd language children or over 20 years) and an education advisor that runs courses for teachers. I have just been asked to help a group of adult shop floor workers with restricted English (mainly Pakistani men) with their English. I feel I can do it, but need a structure - especially as they will have different skills. Can anyone help me with anything? I would particularly like a suitable textbook, quite pictorial, I think, to work from. We are thinking of doing a couple of classes a week with quite a lot of homework. Again, please can anyone help with a simple, fun, but suitable structure - some type of workbook, that could be completed at home?
