Video Conferencing and speaking

Dear All,
I'm a teacher working in Gaza, Palestine. I've applied for Master degree in a university. I'm about to choose my thesis title. I'm thinking of " Video conferencing and English speaking skill. " effects, and importance. Do you think it will work?
If yes, would you like to join me in this programme? My mean I need a one-day voluntary session. To meet my students online on skype only for once about 60 minutes?
