New adult class with no English level

Hello Everyone,
I am teaching in China and will have my second class with a new adult class. There are over 20 students and none of them can speak English. I have no idea where to begin. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I am not entitled to advise you as I am also just beginning to teach. Even though I do not intend to teach groups of 20 or more students, I would also appreciate suggestions. For some of the solutions may well be applicable to small groups or single students too.

I just finished teaching for over five years in China. Depending on the context and situation you find yourself in right now is going to change how I could advise you.
