Need Advice

Hello everyone, my name is Jose and I have just become and English teacher for the secondary level. Because I'm kind of new in the teaching department, there are things that I quite not understand or have no knowledge of, for example I have just been asked to create an English club at the school that I will be starting at, but I have no idea of how or what kind of club to create. I will be greateful to hear any ideas or opinions on this subject. Also feel free to give any other advice that you might think would help. Thank you.

You will be having ideas as you meet your students and know more about their interest and also their level of English!
I was thinking you may have a club where they exchange information about their favorite band or singer, or kind of music or even things they collect.....
