Can anyone tell me what tense the following passage is in?
In the future, let's make today the day we made the world a better place.
The day we sang in celebration. The day the wind blew in a new direction.

The fist sententence is present towards future. The second and the third sentences are noun phrases in series with" the day..." ;therefore , they shouldn't be capitalized and punctuated by periods. :D
