verb demand

I tried to post this question today.
Does anyone out there know the name of this kind of verbs and the list of the verbs?
"She demanded that he return the books he borrowed from her."
The verb return is in the base form without a tense.

(4) Verbs followed by object + to-infinitive

teach
tell
warn

The use of the infinitive (to + base form) is formal. Using "should" is less formal.
Examples
‘It’s important that the lesson be funny’ - too formal.
‘It’s important that the lesson should be funny.’

"The doctor recommended (that) he should give up smoking."

"The doctor recommended (that) he give up smoking." (More formal)

Demand can be followed by infinitive too:

E.g.: "I demand to see the manager"
