A club adviser is not a adult/teacher that is supposed to babysit a club, they also need an interest in what the club is about. So find the perfect one that would take an interest in the club. So that they would love to be involved making the club more active and prosperous.

Find the students that are interested and have a meeting with them to get ideas! Lots of times the students have the most creative ideas!
